Owning a commercial project in Delhi is not an easy thing. The high competition and the high realty price and leases make it impossible for a middle-class man to own a commercial place in the metropolitan capital city. The four most expensive places in Delhi are Khan Market, Connaught Place, DLF Galleria and South Extension in New Delhi. The rental value of these places is far too high for a middle class man to own.
Shopping centres and malls are quite prominent in Delhi and have witnessed increased footfalls due to numerous fashion and F&B brands. The rental value in South Extension and Greater Kailash 1 has dipped by 6.1 and 13.6% but Dwarka witnessed increase by 5.9 %. Various brands strongly aspire to make their presence in Dwarka but there has been lack in quality spaces. The price trend in Dwarka is expected to increase more in future with fast pacing development and LPP.
